Our Care

Group Care

At Transition Point Housing, our care goes beyond providing a roof — we offer stability, structure, and a supportive community where residents can rebuild their lives.

Our homes are located in safe, established neighborhoods close to jobs, transportation, and essential services. Each property is designed to provide accountability, comfort, and opportunity for individuals — including veterans, sober-living residents, re-entry individuals, SSI recipients, and youth aging out of foster care. We proudly serve people who are ready to take their next steps forward and rebuild with structure, purpose, and support.

Our programs include:

• Veteran transitional housing
• Sober-living and recovery support
• Re-entry housing for individuals returning to the community
• Shared and private room options
• Job and life-skills resources
• Transportation access and community connections
• House meetings and peer accountability programs
• Partnerships with local organizations and support providers
• Clean, safe, and structured living environments
