Youth Aging Out of Foster Care

Transition Point Housing provides safe, supportive, and structured housing for young adults transitioning out of the foster care system who need stability, guidance, and opportunity as they enter adulthood. Our homes offer a family-style environment that promotes responsibility, education, employment readiness, and independent living skills. Each resident receives personalized support and access to mentorship, life-skills training, and community resources to help them build a strong foundation for long-term success. We believe every young person deserves a fair start and a place to grow — one built on stability, encouragement, and hope.

Veterans Housing

Transition Point Housing provides safe, supportive, and structured housing for veterans and returning service members.

Our homes offer a stable environment that promotes independence, personal growth, and community connection.

We partner with the VA, local veteran service organizations, and community providers to ensure veterans can access benefits, healthcare, counseling, employment resources, and the daily living supports they need for long-term success.

At Transition Point Housing, we believe every veteran deserves a dignified place to call home and the opportunity to rebuild with confidence and purpose.

Re - Entry Housing

Transition Point Housing provides structured, supportive, and transitional housing for individuals returning to the community after incarceration or participation in the justice system.

Our goal is to help residents rebuild their lives by offering a stable, safe, and accountability-focused environment that promotes responsibility, employment readiness, and long-term independence.

Each home emphasizes personal growth, community connection, and life-skills development so residents can successfully reintegrate and create a positive future.

We collaborate with probation officers, case managers, and local organizations to ensure access to resources, employment opportunities, and supportive services that help each individual move forward with confidence and dignity.

Sober Living Homes

Transition Point Housing provides structured, supportive, and accountable housing for individuals in recovery who are committed to maintaining sobriety and rebuilding their lives.

Our sober living environments offer a safe, stable, and substance-free setting where residents can focus on personal growth, employment goals, and long-term stability. Each home promotes peer support, daily routines, mutual accountability, and ongoing encouragement to help residents strengthen their recovery through positive structure and community.

We collaborate closely with local recovery programs, treatment providers, and case managers to ensure every resident has access to the tools and support needed for continued success in their sobriety journey.

We are based in but accept referrals from across America.
